The ingredients needed to prepare Lentil dosa:

  1. Use 2 bowl of Red lentils.
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup of rice.
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of urad dal.
  4. Provide 2 tsp of Ginger green chilli paste.
  5. Provide to taste of Salt.
  6. Take 3 tsp of Semolina.
  7. Use as needed of Curd.

Instructions to make Lentil dosa:

  1. Soak red lentil,rice,urad dal atleast 4 hours.
  2. Grind them to a soft paste.
  3. Add semolina,salt,ginger,chilli paste,curd to the batter.adjust consistency.
  4. Heat dosa tava spread little oil and make dosa..
  5. Serve hot with any chutney.today i made simple coriander chutney.sauce also goes well with this.

I make these dosas, mixing different lentils. Title : Mixed Dal Dosa (Lentil Dosa). These lentil dosas are made by grinding split black lentils. The lentil batter is then mixed with rice/wheat semolina, pounded ginger and green chillies to make crispy dosas. The first time I had these Adai/Lentil Dosa was at my friend Upsi's place.
